The Firm

Studio Legale Giorgianni was established in 2009. Since 2016, the practice has focused exclusively on assisting international clients with legal matters in Italy — individuals and companies who are based abroad and need reliable legal representation within the Italian legal system.

The firm is based in Italy and operates nationwide. Cases are handled before courts, notaries, public authorities and counterparties across all Italian regions — from Milan to Rome, from Naples to Sicily. There is no geographical limitation within Italy.

Since establishing its international focus, the firm has built a client base spanning the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, Germany, France, Brazil, Argentina and dozens of other countries. Practice areas include debt collection, real estate transactions, commercial and contract law, inheritance and succession, personal injury, Italian citizenship by descent and property law for foreign owners.
